We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in packaging or ingredients may occur. All products are for external use only unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.

  • A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout using Square.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by payment authorisation issues.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, but delays can occur (e.g. due to postal services or high demand).

  • Once an order is dispatched, we are not liable for any delays outside our control.

  • Please ensure delivery details are correct; we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered items due to incorrect information.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items unless faulty.

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@naysnaturals.co.uk with a description and photo of the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion.

  • Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

7. Allergies and Sensitivities
It is your responsibility to check the ingredients of any product before use. We recommend patch testing before full application. Nay’s Naturals is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products.
